Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid services offered by Hoorsara ("we", "us", "our"), including Inner Circle community memberships and brand services purchased through hoorsara.in.

1. Inner Circle Community Memberships

1.1 Cooling-Off Period

If you are unsatisfied with your Inner Circle membership, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase — no questions asked. This cooling-off period applies only to the first billing cycle of a new subscription and does not apply to renewals.

1.2 After the Cooling-Off Period

Once the 48-hour cooling-off window has passed, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

1.3 Renewal Charges

Subscription renewals are processed automatically. If you did not intend to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed. We send a reminder email 3 days before each renewal to give you time to cancel if needed.

1.4 Free Trial Conversions

If your subscription began with a free trial and you did not cancel before the trial ended, the first paid charge is subject to the standard 48-hour cooling-off period described above.

1.5 Service Disruptions

If Hoorsara experiences a platform outage or service disruption that prevents you from accessing your Inner Circle community for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period. Contact us within 7 days of the disruption to file a claim.

2. Brand Services (Campaigns, Consulting, and Custom Projects)

2.1 Pre-Project Cancellation

If you cancel a project or campaign engagement before work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment, minus a 10% administrative fee.

2.2 In-Progress Projects

Once work has commenced (including but not limited to strategy development, content creation, influencer setup, or campaign execution), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Hoorsara will provide a breakdown of completed work and associated costs. Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated as the difference between the total payment and the fair value of work already delivered.

2.3 Completed Deliverables

No refunds are issued for work that has been completed and delivered as per the agreed project scope. Disputes about deliverable quality or scope should be raised within 7 days of delivery.

3. How to Request a Refund

Include the following in your request:

  • Your full name and email associated with your account
  • The service or subscription you are requesting a refund for
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Your preferred refund method (original payment method is default)

We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks filed without first contacting Hoorsara may result in immediate suspension of your account and community access. We are committed to resolving payment disputes fairly and promptly.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Membership terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service (including content redistribution, harassment, or fraudulent activity)
  • Requests made after the applicable refund window has closed
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content style or aesthetic (as these are subjective and clearly previewed before purchase)
  • Chargebacks initiated in bad faith

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes affecting active subscribers will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
